A web 2.0 tool is an internet tool that allows the user to do more then just receiving the content through the mail. With these tools users are able to interact and create content with others. Some examples of 2.0 tools include social media sites, YouTube, blogs, and many more.

If I had a preferred choice of a web 2.0 tool would be to use social media sites. I would choose this because its more up to date in the world so if something is "trending" or current then I'll know automatically when I log, it's easier to use, and it keeps my interest.
